How the practice is put together
BKube is a boutique firm behind a contracted delivery network. The advisory work sits with senior people and is not handed down to a junior once the proposal is signed. Where an engagement needs specialist execution, contracted specialists from that network are brought in, engaged per project and managed by us, so the client keeps one accountable point of contact throughout.
It also means we turn down work. If an engagement falls outside what we can do well, we would rather say so at the first conversation than find out together three weeks in.

Bernardas Kudulis has worked in operations and marketing consulting for nine years, advising owner-operated businesses and working alongside agencies on client delivery.
Small businesses rarely need a grand strategy. They need a small number of decisions made well, written down, and then actually held to.
Where we operate
BKube works with clients internationally. Engagements are delivered remotely, coordinated to the client's timezone and invoiced in the currency agreed with the client at the outset.
